The fine decor and amazing views from the Mini Suite's balcony created a magical atmosphere . The breakfast offerings, including delicious muffins, were varied and satisfying. Indoor temperatures felt a bit too warm, and service could be slow at times, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.

The views from the Mini Suite balcony were stunning, and I loved the relaxing sauna and full body massage available. It's a perfect spot to unwind, though it was a bit bothersome when kids came into the wellness area with wet swimsuits. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and recommend it for a nice getaway! 😊

Beautiful views but let down by service

We stayed for 1 night in a Mini Suite and loved the view of the lake, it was fine. The staff was friendly, but honestly, the service felt lacking. The lack of attention during breakfast was a bummer. And, yeah, the stains on the carpet weren't ideal either. But the cozy bar was a nice touch.

The location by the lake is fine. Amazing views from my Mini Suite rocked my stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, lots of options. Relaxing on the balcony was a highlight. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The room labeled as 'Mini Suite' felt more like a standard room. It lacked charm and was a bit cramped. Not impressed with dinner service. The pacing was slow and portions were tiny. Communication was occasionally shaky. When I asked about items, the staff seemed hesitant. The spa options were limited. I expected more than just a sauna. I noticed extra charges popped up, like for late checkouts and parking.

The wellness area was a highlight, perfect for winding down after an active day enjoying the local winter wonderland. My family rented snowshoes nearby.

My kids wished that the wellness area had more supervision for families. It would be great to have a designated area for adults to enjoy some peace.

We visited the nearby ski slopes and rented snowshoes at Kranabethhütte. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The views from our Day Dream suite were amazing, especially from the balcony. I can't stress enough how helpful the staff was in providing tips for nearby attractions.

One downside was a minor issue with the hot water in our room. It took a bit longer than expected to heat up, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.
